hey there!
Meet Julie.
Julie Nachman is the founder of Evolve Neurocounseling, where she helps adults bring flexibility to a nervous system that may have become rigid or habitually reactive. Clients learn how to stabilize their arousal system and build the capacity to self regulate.
Her work goes beyond traditional talk therapy, integrating brain- and body-based approaches to support deeper healing.
Julie combines somatic experiential psychotherapy, neurofeedback, biofeedback, and attachment-informed care to help clients better understand their nervous systems and build lasting resilience.
Her approach is shaped by both advanced trauma training and personal experience with neurofeedback; reinforcing her belief that healing happens through safety, awareness, and connection—not judgment or overthinking.
My Approach
Our work focuses on understanding your nervous system and the patterns it holds, creating space to shift overwhelm, shutdown, and chronic stress at their root.
Whether virtual or in-person, I treat adults who reside in Texas.
