hey there!

Meet Anne-Marie.

Welcome. I believe people make sense.

Even the parts that feel anxious, perfectionistic, overwhelmed, disconnected, or "too much" developed for good reasons. My work is helping people understand those parts with compassion instead of fighting them, so they can experience more clarity, confidence, and connection.

If you're curious about yourself, ready for meaningful change, or simply tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns, I'm honored you're here.

My Approach

My approach is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based model that helps us understand the different parts of ourselves with curiosity and compassion rather than judgment. Instead of trying to eliminate anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or self-criticism, we'll explore what those parts are protecting and help them discover new ways of supporting you.

Our work is collaborative and experiential. Rather than simply talking about your life, we'll slow down and notice what's happening inside you in the present moment. As your internal system begins to feel safer, change often unfolds naturally—you may find yourself responding with greater calm, confidence, clarity, and self-trust.

I don't believe people are broken. You are not a problem to be solved. I believe your inner world makes sense, even when it feels confusing. Together, we'll help you reconnect with the qualities that have been there all along.

My goal isn't just symptom relief. It's helping you build a compassionate relationship with yourself that continues long after therapy ends. My hope is that therapy becomes more than a place to cope—it becomes a place to reconnect with your innate capacity for healing, resilience, and authentic connection.

Offerings…

I offer individual therapy, couples therapy, a variety of group experiences, and weekend intensives, all grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS). Whether you're seeking support for trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or personal growth, my goal is to create a space where you can understand yourself more deeply and experience lasting change. I also enjoy supporting fellow therapists as they deepen their IFS skills and confidence in their clinical work.

Every offering is rooted in the same belief: meaningful healing happens when we approach ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and respect. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, helping you move beyond managing symptoms toward greater clarity, connection, and self-leadership.
