Austin Integrative Therapy Collective

Austin Integrative Therapy Collective is a group of independent therapists offering thoughtful, compassionate care for adults, couples, and families. We believe therapy is a space to slow down, feel seen, and begin making sense of the patterns, pain, and questions you’ve been carrying.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, trauma, grief, or a longing to feel more connected to yourself, our therapists offer different specialties and approaches while sharing a common belief: healing unfolds in relationship, at a pace that honors your nervous system, your story, and your lived experience.

Rooted in Austin.

Serving Texas and beyond.

Our Approach

We believe therapy begins with listening. Not fixing, rushing, or forcing change, but listening with compassion and care to the parts of your story that have longed to be understood.

At Austin Integrative Therapy Collective, our therapists bring a range of training, specialties, and lived wisdom to the work. What connects us is a shared commitment to relational, trauma-informed, and integrative care. We hold space for what’s tender, complex, and unresolved, while also supporting the possibility of meaningful change.

Here, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You get to arrive as you are, be met with warmth and respect, and explore what it might mean to feel more connected, supported, and whole.
