Our Story

A group of six women gathered around a table with food and drinks, smiling at the camera, indoors with a yellow wall, plants, and artwork in the background.

Austin Integrative Therapy Collective grew out of relationships that have been forming for years across different seasons, settings, and roles. Some of us have known each other for decades. Some of us worked alongside one another in community mental health, group practice, and other clinical spaces. Over time, those relationships grew into a peer group rooted in support, consultation, reflection, honesty, laughter, and care.

What began as a space to support one another as therapists, humans, and women has grown into something we’re honored to share more publicly. This collective is rooted in that same spirit: connection, collaboration, clinical integrity, and a deep respect for the work we do.

We are independent therapists with our own practices, specialties, and styles, but we are also connected by years of trust and shared care. Our hope is that Austin Integrative Therapy Collective offers something more personal than a directory: a thoughtful place to begin finding support that feels aligned, grounded, and human.
